NFC cards need an NTAG-compatible chip. Write your unique Contap URL to the card with any compatible writer — no special app is needed for the person tapping it.

Do people need an app to view my profile?
No. A Contap profile opens in any modern mobile browser. Tapping an NFC card simply opens your profile URL.
What happens if I change jobs?
Update your profile once. Every card, QR code and link that points to it immediately shows the new details — no reprint required.
Can I control which details are public?
Yes. You choose whether to show your phone, public email, location, social links and contact form. If you leave a field blank, it is not shown.
How is my analytics data handled?
Views and clicks are counted using a daily hashed visitor key. We do not store raw IP addresses in analytics. Owner and administrator views are excluded.
What kind of NFC card do I need?
Any NTAG-compatible card or tag works if you can write a URL to it. Use a compatible writer to store your unique Contap URL. Cards are assigned and managed from your workspace or by your administrator.
